Can I use my own AI API key?
Yes. Go to AI Settings and enter your Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, or DeepSeek API key. It is encrypted at rest. You can also set a monthly AI budget limit.
What happens when my message quota is used?
You get email warnings at 80% and 100%. You can purchase add-on message packs (5,000 or 25,000 messages) without upgrading your plan.
Can I switch plans mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades are instant with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.
